Booking
How do I book a car?＋
Choose a car, your rental dates and complete the booking on the site. Once confirmed, you receive a voucher with all the details.
Can I change or cancel a booking?＋
Yes. Change and cancellation terms depend on the rate and the time left before pick-up.
Can I book a specific car model?＋
Yes. Unlike many rental companies, we guarantee exactly the model stated in your booking.

For Russian citizens: International passport National driving licence International Driving Permit (IDP) For foreign citizens: Passport / ID Driver’s License International Driving Permit (IDP)
Payment & deposit
How do I pay for the rental?＋
We accept bank cards, SBP and other available payment methods.
Is a deposit required?＋
Yes. The deposit amount depends on the chosen car and is shown at booking.
When is the deposit returned?＋
The deposit is returned when the rental ends — upon returning the car.
Pick-up
Can I pick up a car at night?＋
Yes. An extra fee may apply in some cases.
Can I return the car later than the end time?＋

Who pays for fuel?＋
The car must be returned with the same fuel level it had at pick-up.
