Rawai and Nai Harn: the far south
Rawai is Phuket's southern tip: Rawai Beach itself, with its pier and boats, isn't for swimming, but nearby is one of the island's best beaches — Nai Harn — plus a seafood market and Promthep Cape, famed for sunsets. The area is quiet and local; distances make a car especially useful here.

Delivery and return in Rawai — ฿600 during office hours (08:30–19:30), a surcharge may apply outside them. Parking is free and easy: there are spaces by the beach, the market and the viewpoints, with rarely any trouble finding one.
Routes and airport
From Rawai it's easy to tour the whole south: Nai Harn, Promthep, Ya Nui beach, then north to Kata and Karon. The airport is the furthest — about 55–60 minutes (some 45 km) via Chalong and route 402. Allow time, especially for evening flights.

Amazing Service. Rented Toyota Veloz for 7 days costed us approx 12000 baht including full coverage insurance. Picked up and dropped off at the airport. Car was brand new deep red color with around 100km on the odometer. Pickup and drop off process was quick and smooth. We were skeptic about renting car in phuket as we heard that there are scams where renters charge extra money from tourists when they return the car but that was not the case with this company, did not even charge 1 extra baht from us. Also the car had tinted windshields and windows to protect from the scorching sun. Loved the experience a lot. Will definitely use their service next time we are in Thailand and would also recommend to anybody travelling to Thailand.
