Cancellation and refund

We aim for clear and fair terms. Below are the general rules for booking cancellation and deposit refund. The exact terms of a specific rental are stated in the agreement.

Booking cancellation

Change and cancellation terms depend on the rate and the time left before the rental starts.
To change or cancel a booking, contact the manager in advance — we'll explain the terms of your rate.

Deposit refund

The deposit is returned when the rental ends — upon returning the car.
Amounts may be withheld from the deposit for breaching the agreement (e.g. damage, fines, missing fuel, extra washing).
On the extended-coverage plan a deposit may not be required.

Payment refund

The procedure and timing of a payment refund depend on the payment method and the rate terms. For refund questions, contact support.
