Collecting a car straight at Phuket Airport is the most convenient option for a traveller: no need to look for a taxi, get to the rental office and waste time. We track the flight status: if the plane is delayed, we adjust to the actual arrival time. Airport delivery works around the clock, so an early or night flight is no problem. Meeting point and flight tracking
After booking, the manager confirms your flight number and terminal. On arrival day we monitor the flight status: if it's delayed we adjust to the real time, so the car waits for you, not the other way around. The meeting takes place in the arrivals area — the staff member holds a sign with your name or the company name. There we inspect the car, check the documents and hand over the keys. If you return the car before departure, leave time for the inspection — usually a few minutes.
Meeting you at Phuket Airport (HKT)
Phuket International Airport sits in the north of the island near Nai Yang and Mai Khao beaches. Add your flight number at booking — we track the actual arrival time, so a delay or early landing is not a problem. Our staff meet you in arrivals, we inspect the car together, sign the agreement and hand-over act, and you're off.
Airport delivery runs around the clock, including night and early flights. Outside office hours (08:30–19:30) a night-delivery surcharge may apply and is confirmed in advance at booking.
Drive times and what to plan for
From the airport: Bang Tao and Laguna about 20–25 min, Phuket Town 35–40 min, Patong 40–50 min, Karon and Kata about 50 min, Rawai and Nai Harn in the south up to an hour. Roads are good, but the mountain sections between the west-coast beaches are winding — allow extra time.
Save offline maps and your hotel address in Latin script. The car is handed over with a full or recorded fuel level and should be returned the same. The nearest fuel stations are along routes 4026 and 402.

Amazing Service. Rented Toyota Veloz for 7 days costed us approx 12000 baht including full coverage insurance. Picked up and dropped off at the airport. Car was brand new deep red color with around 100km on the odometer. Pickup and drop off process was quick and smooth. We were skeptic about renting car in phuket as we heard that there are scams where renters charge extra money from tourists when they return the car but that was not the case with this company, did not even charge 1 extra baht from us. Also the car had tinted windshields and windows to protect from the scorching sun. Loved the experience a lot. Will definitely use their service next time we are in Thailand and would also recommend to anybody travelling to Thailand.
